Sixx8 Front Desk

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sixx8 Services LLC, doing business as Sixx8 Front Desk (“Sixx8 Front Desk,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit sixx8.com (the “Site”), fill out our demo form, book a meeting, or receive calls, texts or emails from us.

We keep this simple: we use your information to talk with you about our services and to deliver them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.

1. Who we are

Sixx8 Services LLC, doing business as Sixx8 Front Desk

Email: sienna@sixx8.com

We build custom AI receptionists (voice and chat) for small businesses, along with websites and website care plans.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • ●Demo form: first name, business name, mobile phone number, email address and industry.
  • ●Text and call consent: whether you opted in to text messages (for example, through the chat widget on our website), plus the date, time and page where you gave it.
  • ●Booking calendar: the details you enter when you book, such as your name, email, phone number, the time you choose and any notes you add.
  • ●Messages you send us: emails, text replies, and anything you tell us on a call or in chat.
  • ●Payment information (when billing launches): if you become a client, payments will be handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Information collected automatically

  • ●Basic technical data when you visit the Site, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location based on your IP address. This may be collected through cookies or similar tools used by our website and CRM platform.

Calls, voicemails and chats

  • ●When you talk with an AI receptionist operated by us, the conversation may be recorded, transcribed and summarized so we can follow up, improve the service and keep records.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • ●Respond to your demo request and contact you about it.
  • ●Schedule, confirm and remind you about meetings, including Zoom meetings.
  • ●Follow up with you as a prospective or current client.
  • ●Build, run and support the services you buy from us.
  • ●Send invoices and process payments.
  • ●Keep records of your consent and your opt-out requests.
  • ●Keep the Site and our services secure, fix problems and improve them.
  • ●Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. AI-powered calls, texts and chats

Some of our calls, texts and chats are handled by artificial intelligence, including an AI voice. Our receptionist identifies itself as AI. We place AI-voice or automated calls and texts to you only when you have given us permission or when the law otherwise allows it. You can ask to speak with a person by emailing sienna@sixx8.com.

5. Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile number

If you opt in to text messages through the chat widget on our website, we may send you text messages about your appointments and meetings (including Zoom meeting confirmations and reminders) and follow-ups about your inquiry or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See the “Text Messaging Terms” section of our Terms of Service at https://sixx8.com/terms for full details.

Your mobile information stays with us:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain terms: we never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf to run our business, under obligations to protect it. These include service providers such as:

  • ●HighLevel / LeadConnector (our CRM, text messaging, calling and email platform);
  • ●Google Workspace (business email);
  • ●email delivery services used by our CRM platform, such as Mailgun;
  • ●telephone carriers and phone-number providers that deliver our calls and texts, such as LeadConnector Phone or Twilio; and
  • ●Stripe (payment processing, when billing launches).

These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. As stated in Section 5, this never includes sharing your mobile number or text-message consent for anyone’s marketing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order), to protect the rights, safety and property of you, us or others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

7. Information we handle for our clients

When a business hires us, we set up its own separate CRM sub-account and AI receptionist. Information about that business’s own callers and customers (for example, people who call a dental office’s AI receptionist) is collected for that business, and on its instructions. That business is responsible for its own privacy practices, and we handle that information only to provide our services to that business, under our agreement with it. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly about your information.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as while you are a lead or a client, and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We keep records of text-message consent and opt-outs as long as needed to show compliance. Generally, we keep lead information for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, and we keep records of text-message and call consent and opt-outs for at least 5 years.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls on our accounts and the security features of our service providers. No system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

  • ●Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • ●Calls: tell us on the call, or email sienna@sixx8.com, and we will stop calling you.
  • ●Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • ●Access, correction or deletion: email sienna@sixx8.com and we will respond as required by law. We may need to verify your identity first. We may keep a record of your opt-out so we can honor it.

11. State privacy rights (California, Oregon, Washington and others)

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights regarding your personal information:

  • ●To know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to get a copy of it.
  • ●To correct inaccurate information.
  • ●To delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • ●To opt out of the “sale” of personal information, “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
  • ●To not be treated differently for using these rights.
  • ●To appeal if we deny your request, where state law gives that right.

California: California residents may also ask about disclosures made for direct-marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.

Oregon residents: Oregon’s Consumer Privacy Act generally applies to businesses above certain size thresholds. If it applies to us, Oregon residents may request to confirm, access, correct, delete or get a copy of their personal data, get a list of the third parties we have shared it with, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data and certain profiling. To make a request, email sienna@sixx8.com.

Washington: If we ever collect “consumer health data” as defined by Washington law, we will provide any separate notice and obtain any consent that law requires.

To use any of these rights, email sienna@sixx8.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

12. Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites, such as a Zoom meeting link or a booking page. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
