These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of sixx8.com (the “Site”) and to the calls, text messages and emails you receive from Sixx8 Services LLC, doing business as Sixx8 Front Desk (“Sixx8 Front Desk,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Paid services (AI receptionists, website builds and care plans) are also governed by a separate written client agreement or order form. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.

1. What we do

Sixx8 Front Desk builds custom AI receptionists (voice and chat) that answer calls and messages for small businesses. Each client receives its own CRM sub-account and its own receptionist. We also build websites and offer website care plans. Our services run on third-party platforms, including HighLevel / LeadConnector.

2. Text Messaging Terms (SMS Program)

Program name: Sixx8 Front Desk Client Updates

Program description: When you opt in to text messages through the chat widget on our website, Sixx8 Front Desk may send you text messages about appointment and meeting reminders, Zoom meeting confirmations, and follow-ups about your inquiry or your account. Some messages may be sent automatically or written with the help of AI.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Costs: Msg & data rates may apply. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to (360) 369-0766 (the number that sends you our messages). After you send “STOP,” we will send you one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you SMS messages again. We also honor other plain-language requests to stop, such as “unsubscribe,” “cancel,” “end” or “quit.”

Help: If you have trouble with our messaging program, reply “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at sienna@sixx8.com.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is optional: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services, or of submitting our form or booking a demo.

Privacy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy: https://sixx8.com/privacy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your number: You agree to give us a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and to tell us if you change or give up that number.

3. AI calls, texts and chats

Our receptionist, Sienna, and the receptionists we build are artificial intelligence. They disclose that they are AI. When you contact us or opt in, you understand that calls (including calls using an AI-generated voice), texts and chats with us may be handled by AI, and may be recorded, transcribed and summarized as described in our Privacy Policy. AI can make mistakes. Please confirm important details, such as meeting times or pricing, with us in writing. You can ask for a human at any time by emailing sienna@sixx8.com.

4. Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • ●Use the Site or our services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
  • ●Submit false information or someone else’s contact details without their permission.
  • ●Try to hack, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Site or our systems.
  • ●Use bots or scrapers to collect data from the Site.

5. Information you submit

You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to us. By submitting the demo form, you confirm the information is yours (or that you’re authorized to provide it) and that you’re at least 18 years old.

6. Our content

The Site’s text, graphics, logos, images (including AI-generated images of Sienna) and other content belong to Sixx8 Services LLC or its licensors. You may view the Site for your own use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse its content without our written permission. “Sixx8” and “Sixx8 Front Desk” are our names and brands.

7. Third-party services

Our services and the Site rely on third-party platforms and links (for example, HighLevel / LeadConnector, Zoom, Google and Stripe). We aren’t responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Site, our messages or any AI receptionist will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Any results, statistics or examples on the Site are illustrations, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sixx8 Services LLC and its owners, team members and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don’t allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Sixx8 Services LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site or our messages after an update means you accept the new Terms. Changes to the Text Messaging Terms will not reduce your right to opt out at any time.

13. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any client agreement are the full agreement between you and us about their subject matter.
